Third Round another loss for Loek van Wely against Topalov in Najdorf.
Fourth Round Radjabov and Topalv are the only winnner.

Corus Round 7-9

Anand lost two consecutive games in round 7 to Kramnik and round 8 to Topalov. Now Topalov is first and should not bully the other players about how often they go to the WC (Take a look at the Topalov behaviour during his World Championship Title vs Kramnik where he lost in blitz games and the scandal that desigrace that he caused for chess with the help of Manager Silvio Danailov).
Anand vs Van Wely is already 28 moves played. It is very nice tactical position with a lot of calculations. Anand has played this opening for the second time in Corus. However I don't remember the results.
I will take a look on this game later and its analyis. Of Course all of you have noticed that I am Anand fan. I think it is difficult for Anand to be number one and his chess is suffering a little bit in the last few years. However, he is the last gentleman in Chess and wish him all the best. Beside his pleasent charachter, i think he is one of the few chess player who don't use Vodka for chess preparation.
The Second known nice character are the Polgars and of course everyone know Judit who I wish will be the next World Chess Champion.
Another interesting game in Round 9 is Ponomariov vs Karjaken the battle of the youth and Navara vs Shirov and as Mig on ICC Webcast say "The best way to lose to Navara is to get a worst position".
